| Sunday Lunch Get Together at The Arden Hotel. | ||||
It has become a tradition of the North Worcestershire Lodge to try and meet up during the closed season for a little get together, not just to meet up again, but it is another chance for our Ladies to get to know each other a little better. In keeping with this tradition, a Sunday Lunch has been arranged for any brethren from the Lodge and their friends who may wish to attend. Several brethren have already agreed to attend with others agreeing to attend pending other commitments. All memebrs of the Lodge are encouraged to attend and bring their friends. The venue will be The Arden Hotel situated at Bickenhill in between the NEC and Birmingham International Airport on the main A45 Coventry Road. The Arden Hotel and Lesuire Centre has a great reputation for its excellent catering and is well worth a visit. Please click on the Link underneath the The Arden Hotel Image to take you to their web-site. The date of the Dinner will be Sunday 9th August 2009 and the time 12.30 for eating at 3.15. The cost of the Dinner is a very reasonable £13.95 for three courses. Any wines or drinks will be paid for seperately. For our non-meat eating guests, there is an alternative Vegetarian option. It is the intention not to make the meeting a formal occaision, therefore, please dress accordingly. A small deposit is needed to secure the table one week before the dinner which will be collected in due course. It is intended that a small collection for the 2011 appeal will be held sometime during the meal.
